ES Energy Solution Pte. Ltd. was incorporated on 9 April 2025 in Singapore to serve as a platform for regional expansion, but remained dormant during the year. On 4 September 2025, the group incorporated Sunlogy Asia Energy Storage Sdn. Bhd., subscribing for a 70% equity interest.ES Energy Solution Pte. Chu Kerd Yee and his spouse Ong Bee Keo are directors and shareholders of U-Teknik Trading, from which the group purchased goods of RM1,632,493. In 2025, the company raised gross proceeds of approximately RM42.0 million from its public issue of 140,000,000 new ordinary shares at RM0.30 per share. Operating cash flow was negative at RM16.2 million, which the group states was primarily due to the one-off utilisation of IPO proceeds to settle supplier balances. The group invested RM11.6 million in joint venture Selarong Pertama Energy Sdn. Bhd., repaid term loans of RM5,011,927, and paid interest of RM3,979,836.
